Rich Dad Poor Dad – Kiyosaki

Its an interesting book which talks about managing money and to manage the expenses. It explains the common behaviou of rich and a poor. The book also explains how rich become richer and poor become poorer. Its really an eye opener for me to direct my investment in a right way. Especially the author explained many technical things in diagrammatic way which helps to understand the flow of money easliy. Definetly this books helps the parents to teach their child about the investment and the flow of money and it teach the youngsters to invest and manage money properly to become rich and happier.


The book is all about:


1)Explode the myth that you need to earn a high income to become rich
2)Challenge the belief that your house and car is an asset
3)Show parents why they cant rely on the school system to teach their kids about money.
4)Define once and for all an asset (example: Stocks, bonds, real estate etc.,) and a liability (example: Car, vehicle etc.,).
5)Teach you what to teach your kids about money for their future financial success.
6)The poor and the middle class work for money. The rich have money work for them.


7)It insists that every employee should have atleast a part time business to get better returns for their savings.


8)The bottom line of business is all about Management of cash flow, Management of people, Management of personal time.

Drawback: The author could have explained the subject precisely instead of talking about blah blah things. There are few things in the book which may contradict to your thoughts.
